New Erosion & Sediment Control Plan Review Checklist Released

The Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission is pleased to release a revised checklist for Erosion and Sediment Control Plans for statewide use.  The document has been distributed to plan reviewers statewide and will go into effect January 1, 2009.  The new checklist has been updated to reflect the new NPDES requirements that became effective August 1, 2008.
