Rabun County Success Story: Terri Jagger Blincoe owns and operates Ladybug Farms in Tiger, Georgia. Over the last six years, she has managed to grow her small operation into a successful business. However, she continued to struggle with getting her crops irrigated. That's when her local Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) office was able to help. An Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) contract has helped Terri harvest rain water for her fields. To learn more about Terri and her farm visit www.ladybugfarms.net.
