  1. Obtain an Appointment

    Obtain an appointment form from your GSWCC regional office, your local district or Download the appointment form  (PDF, 69.31 KB) .

  2. Complete the Form

    Turn in a completed form to the Chair of your Soil and Water Conservation District Board

  3. Form Review & Candidate Recommendations

    The elected supervisors of the district will review all forms and submit three candidate recommendations to the GSWCC State Board in order of priority.

  4. Appointment Selection

    The GSWCC State Board will select one supervisor for appointment from the three district recommendations.

  5. Oath of Office

    A GSWCC Regional Representative will issue an 'Oath of Office' to the appointed supervisor.
