Master Proctor Program

Organizations eligible under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) and Code 501(c)(6) may apply to the Conservation Commission for the Master Proctor Program by submitting the appropriate application and supporting documentation.

Such organizations must meet the following additional requirements for eligibility in the program:

1. Majority portion of membership must be affected by education and training requirements as mandated by O.C.G.A. 12-7-19.
2. Membership must be geographically diverse and represent different areas of Georgia.

Organizations approved under the Master Proctor Program must identify one employee to serve as the Master Proctor. This individual must attend Conservation Commission training and be an approved proctor. Only employees of the organization may serve as proctors under the program and must be identified and trained as Delegated Proctors by the Master Proctor. Examination packages received and returned under the Master Proctor Program must carry certifications by both the Master and Delegated Proctors.

An organization may be disqualified from the Master Proctor Program if the Master Proctor or any Delegated Proctor violates the integrity of the examination or does not fully comply with all requirements.
